The Problem
Increase velocity without disrupting production
The focus of the internal IT team has been on production support, leaving Dev, QA, UAT and training environments untended. The business runs on a primarily home grown set of business applications that have constantly ongoing development/test/release cycles. This support gap slows the product release cycle for critical business applications upon which this company runs.
