Our Client is a mid-size SAAS based Supply Chain Management Company serving organizations of all sizes (fortune 500 to mid-size) through their suite of unique products and services. They were experiencing double digit growth year over year with a focus in both B2B and B2C market segments. Their primary focus of value is centered around order fulfillment, sales growth and overall business agility. Their core software offerings focuses in the areas of Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Execution, and Supply Chain Analytics.
The Problem

The Client’s Data Maturity was in beginning stages. While they were capturing valuable data, they did not have a strategy in place to leverage their data to add value to both internal and external customers. The Client came to Integris Group so that we could provide an overall assessment of their current state of data strategy, and develop a road map with action items. This was done to not only help productize data and provide insights, but to also focus on the creation of a data governance process for long term value.
