Scott Farber
Chief Executive Officer

Scott Farber brings over 20 years of executive sales, operations, and IT consulting experience. He has an extensive professional history in developing sales training and scaling teams with record retention rates and improved productivity. His career is highlighted by remarkable performance, most notably being in the Top 1% in both sales and sales leadership during his tenure at the nation’s largest consulting firm. Scott believes in servant leadership and approaches every situation with integrity and transparency.
Remarked as a SME in human capital IT consulting services, Scott has provided significant business outcomes working with executives on some of the most complex business challenges. His industry expertise ranges in multiple industries and verticals, working directly with the C suite and other relevant stakeholders. Scott advises and is trusted with key company initiatives at both large enterprise companies and small start-ups; working directly with executive teams to help launch, lift, or restart digital transformation capabilities.
When Scott is not serving his team at Integris Group, his time is spent primarily with his beautiful family who he adores. He and his wife Kim have 3 daughters, 2 of which are a set of identical twins. He is a lover of sports, surfing, and spending time at the beach with family and friends. He also believes in giving back to the community and others as much as he can.
Eric McIntyre

Eric McIntyre has more than 15 years of experience operating within the staffing and services industry. He brings his passion for building territories and teams for strategic recruiting to the largest IT staffing and services company in the U.S. Leveraging his deep industry knowledge and ability to communicate complex problems and solutions, he works to connect great talent with great companies.
He is a forward-thinking leader specializing in turnaround and growth initiatives for multiple markets, instituting strategic sales processes and building high-performing teams to optimize profits, accelerate growth, and outperform competitors.
Eric has always engaged the relationship side of the business and is looking forward to building on that with clients and candidates.
Donald Sexton

Donald Sexton brings more than 12 years of experience within the IT staffing and services industry. His experience extends from consultative sales to executive sales leadership and operations with the Nation’s largest consulting firm. He has a passion and reputation for building high-performance teams in sales and recruiting while continually outperforming company goals. His goal is to provide the most consultative and empathetic approach to solving complex business problems within his customers.
Alexandra Castillo
Director of Delivery

Alex Castillo is the Director of Delivery for Integris Group and a key member of the management team. Coming to the organization with several years of experience in the recruitment space, she brings a passion for helping others achieve their career goals and aspirations. Alex has a background in hospitality, which translates well into serving customers and candidates as well as empowering internal teams to best understand how to be a servant leader.
Alex’s goal is to coach and develop the recruitment team, build long-standing relationships with technical professionals, and accelerate the growth of Integris Group through unwavering dedication and commitment to every human being she interacts with.
When she’s not working, she spends time with her 2 kids and husband. Alex also watches The Bachelor/Bachelorette on Monday nights and dances in her living room to *NSYNC and Britney Spears.
Chip Deger
VP of Service Delivery

Chip Deger serves as the VP of Service Delivery for Integris Group. He is tasked with ensuring all aspects of our solutions exceed our customer's expectations. Chip brings over 20 years of experience as a senior IT executive to Integris Group. He has the proven ability to be a manager, leader and mentor to other employees. He has built successful teams while working for the largest global companies. He has extensive experience in the full life cycle of systems research, design, development, quality assurance, deployment and support with regional and global teams. Chip possesses a proactive, task-orientated work ethic that can get the job done.
Chip has a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights | Charge on!), where he studied Business Administration and Information Technology. When he is not leading his teams, Chip enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and family dog, Rosie. He also enjoys coaching children's Soccer, riding his bike, running, swimming, and being outdoors.
Elizabeth Rabinowitz
Director of Compliance

Elizabeth Rabinowitz serves as the Director of Compliance for Integris Group. With 8+ years of HR and compliance experience, the majority of which was in the staffing industry, she is responsible for ensuring that all policies and procedures are properly applied in accordance with client requirements. Elizabeth is dedicated to creating an exceptional onboarding experience for our employees. She has a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University and is a certified professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
Bryce Taylor
Director of Business Development

Bryce Taylor currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Integris Group. A Business Management graduate with over 10 years of Executive Sales experience, Bryce has always taken a very consultative approach with his clients. Bryce's past professional experience includes working for one of the largest engineering firms, where he was consistantly recognized as a top performer with a passion for developing others. Prior to his work in sales, Bryce was a basketball coach and that desire to teach and train has translated very well into his business development career. Bryce plays a critical role for Integris Group in not only adding value to clients and solving business problems, but also serving as a mentor for those around him.
When Bryce is not helping his clients or coworkers, he loves all sports, especially basketball, and enjoys spending time with his entire family, who he is very close with.
Dale Frohman
Head of SRE & Security Services

Dale is a seasoned technology professional with over two decades of experience in various roles, ranging from system administration to sales engineering leader. His early passion for technology led him to support Apple computers at his elementary school at the age of five. At age 14, he completed high school early before attending Stetson University, where he earned a degree in computer science and digital arts.
Following graduation, Dale worked at Disney as a network and Linux system administrator before starting his own regional web hosting company in the aftermath of 9/11. He eventually sold the company, which continues to thrive today. Dale later rejoined Disney as their first Principal Site Reliability Engineer, where he led a global team of SREs and Systems Engineers
He most recently served as an Enterprise Sales Engineering Leader where he leveraged his extensive experience and 25+ IT and security certifications to help clients maximize the benefits of technology in their businesses. He is passionate about making technology fun and accessible to all.
Josh Clements

As Managing Director, Consulting Services, Josh directs Integris’ IT Services operations. Before coming to Integris, Josh earned his stripes in the corporate environment, building cutting-edge technologies for one of the largest automotive logistics companies in the US and Canada. Josh has been a buyer of technology services as well as a provider in his previous roles, delivering a unique perspective on what potential clients are looking for in a partner.
